and schedule a session with the technician. When it's time for the session to begin, the technician
will instruct you to click on "remote assistance" below. After you click this button, the dialogue box will appear asking you to run or to save the program. The technician will instruct you to press the correct button. After that a question will appear on your computer as to whether you want to grant a remote access to the technician. If you click on "yes", then the technician will be connected to your computer remotely. There is a button on your side which says "end session". You could press that button any time in order to end the session.
After the session is over, the technician will instruct you to go to our payment page, where you will be able to pay with a credit card or via paypal. Once you become a repeat customer, you would also be able to pay by check if you so prefer.
