Privacy and Terms

We collect payment after performing the service.  If the problem continues after we fixed the computer, if you contact us within 15 days, we will give you a refund.   Sometimes we may charge a diagnostic fee if we diagnose that the computer hardware has major problems and the computer itself needs to be replaced.  The consultation about your problem prior to us attempting to fix your computer is free.
